Our organic honey gift board is composed of five different recipes, a selection to represent thefinest taste experiences in Italian honey. The ingredients are recognized as the highest standard by BioAgriCert - the certifying body.
- Orange Blossom Honey 35g
It is known for its aroma and unmistakable scent the orange honey is one of the most used honeys in confectionery, particularly for the preparation of nougat. Goes very well with cheeses.Lovely with coffee for breakfast or as a sweetener in cold beverages.
- Wild Flower Honey 35g
The crop of Wildflower honey is made during the summer months in the Po Valley and includes a huge quantity of different flowers that bloom at the same time including mint, clover,solidago, and yellow melilitot. The wildflower honey is most suitable for daily use the table. A great sweetener, accompanies many different types of cheeses.
- Chestnut Honey 35g
A woody, tannin and Intense aroma. A slightly bitter taste compared to the other variety of honey. Rich in minerals, it is recognized as an excellent tonic.
- Lime Honey 35g
Lime Honey is a rarity in Italy, there are few lime orchards and few limes available for honey production. Our lime honey is produced with great care, because stocks are always limited and in very high demand throughout the country.
- Acacia Honey 35g
Acacia honey is undoubtedly the best known amongst the Italian honeys. It is appreciated for its light almost transparent colour and for its deliciously sweet taste.
