Nicola Milano founded Acetificio Andrea Milano in 1889 with a clear vision of product quality that is still preserved today.

The balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is wisely and for a long time matured in refined wood barrels that develop typical fragrances of an high quality product. Surprisingly fruited, the acidity is mixed with the precious woods barrels taste, this nectar is offered to the imagination of the balsamic vinegar real specialists.

Whit the name “Vinagrum” we wabted to underline the oldness and the history of a balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP that for it parfume and sweetness hasn't equal.

Fresh cheese or seasonal ones, vanilla ice-cream, fresh fruit , fillet and tartare are the ideal for the Vinagrum.

Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar, acidity 6%.
